Do NOT send your loved ones here! PLEASE!. Nursing staff are completely incompetent and do not care about the patients. They are cold hearted and inconsiderate. The call bells ring all day and it takes hours for anyone to respond and most of the time they have an excuse of why they can't help. Our Mom was there 6 days and never started rehab. Nurses, LPN's always acted like they didn't know what to do and never shared info between shifts. Even the administration was not helpful after complaints made. Nurses turn their badges around so you can't track their names. It's the SHADIEST place ever! The cookie cutter nursing home neglect you see on the news. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN NOW!!!
