Future Care Pineview

I tried to be optimistic that the negative reviews I read regarding Future Care Pineview were an exaggeration, but unfortunately, I’ve witnessed on more than one occasion that they are not. My relative is here only because there were no other beds available at the time of her hospital discharge. Staff have entered the room without knocking, identifying themselves, or having on a nametag. Physical Therapy is 30 minutes or less in a 24-hour day, five days a week and only four days a week if a holiday falls on the weekend; also can also be missed due to patients waiting to be cleaned. Weekends are grossly under-staffed.
