Because we offer Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care, there’s a place for you here, and a team that’s prepared to meet your needs. From assistance with the tasks of daily living to round-the-clock clinical support, we’re here to help. We have Rehabilitation services available for those recovering from an injury or surgery. Our community also has three key medical centers in the neighborhood – Franciscan Health Crown Point, Vibra Hospital of Northwestern Indiana, and Methodist Southlake Hospital, in the case emergency or more intensive assistance is needed.
