This IS NOT one of the best. I know from personal experience. I can't imagine why it's listed as one of the best.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible place to place your parent(s), unless you don't care about them. My mom and I learned the hard way.

They didn’t help us or our mom. We met with several members of administrative staff, and they offered no help. I asked what to do next to have her placed, and I was told to go to Medicaid headquarters in Springfield, IL, several hours away. Not helpful. They acted as though she was the first patient to have this issue. As mom was Medicaid-pending, we paid out of pocket and were asked for future payments, even though she was not allowed to stay. We paid the maximum daily rate but were told she'd be moving into a quad room. Whe
