Our skilled nursing home campus comes complete with services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. For many of our seniors, our goal is to restore the strength needed to return home. We offer many highly skilled nursing care services, including intravenous (IV) care needs, CADD Pumps, PICC, and central line support. And, for convenience, we offer on-site X-ray and EKG services. All care plans are physician-supervised, and we have a nurse practitioner on-site twice a week. To ensure ideal care, we’ve established positive relationships with Unity Point Health and Methodist Hospital, Proctor Hospital, and OSF Healthcare St Francis.

We provide many senior living amenities for our residents, including weekly outside entertainment and pastoral and church services. A unique aspect of our senior care center is our admittance of residents 24 hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. Whether the need is short or long-term care, we’ll work to respond to your needs quickly and compassionately.

As we care for our seniors and their families, we also work within the community as volunteers, leaders, and partners.
