Avante Villa At Jacksonville Beach

We went to visit an older friend who was at Avante for rehab after hip surgery. We walked in the entrance and the smell of urine just about knocked us over. The floors were filthy and smelled like dirty sour mop water. Dirty walls, light fixtures, and the entire place had a level of dirt that is unacceptable. This is old dirt and grime from years of poor maintenance and bad housekeeping. I had to leave because I started to dry-heave in the hallway. The smells, the dirt, the place needs help! This place is dangerous, I bet patients get sicker there.
