    I have been in this place for 14 days..for a fracture Femur. Only seen one doctor one time who runs the show of everything here. Each department from Social coordinator to OT and PT to floor staff had no accountability of what one needs or a plan for rehabilitation as requested by myself. Food is not enough and some uneatable. Medication not given in time as prescribed by my surgeon. The state of AZ needs to investigate for improper care of elderly and rehab patience. Federal Medicare agency needs to check charges of services performed and billed. OT and PT tools for rehabilitation are in need of repair which hender one’s ability to receive proper care but still billed as therapy. A lot of meals are not good food. I Have to bring in food from outside to keep my wt as I have lost 15+ lbs. many working on floor, state understaffed and over worked. I hope some one who can come, inspect, talk to patients who are also undergoing what is happening here. Help us!!! I want out of here..
