My mom is in the rehab part. They tell her stuff that's going on that she don't need to worry about. They should talk to her kids about that. She will call crying and I get to tell her it's going to be alright. They have told her more than once her insurance is not going to pay. She don't need to hear that. And some of the staff are downright mean. Not all but one in particular is downright hateful.
