My father just passed away and my mother is having difficulty figuring out all of her financial obligations. How can I help her?

Thank you for your question, and I am so sorry to hear about your father. This can be a difficult time for the whole family, so taking some time to spend with your mother can help both of you feel less alone. You may want to consider signing her up for activities at a senior center, or else do some volunteering together to lift both of your spirits. The most important thing is that your mother is around family at this time of mourning. She is so lucky to have someone as caring as you by her side!
