It's easy to let your personal needs slide when caring for another person. But taking care of yourself is so important, especially if you want to stay healthy and remain prepared for whatever comes next. Try fitting exercise into your routine, even if it's only for half an hour a day. Practice yoga or tai chi to reduce stress and get better sleep at night. You can also try getting outside to soak up some Vitamin D, which can help boost your mood and energy levels.
