Hello. I am a 55-yo caregiver for my 73-yo spouse who has physical disability and dementia. I have to seriously start thinking about assisted living arrangement but I have absolutely no idea what kind of price range for such facilities. If I need a private room and necessary care in the city for my spouse, how much money we need to spend every month? We are NOT financially well off. Rather, we are poor. Could you please give me an idea so that I can either start preparing for move or completely give up that option and take care of him by myself until the end. Thank you very much for your time.
