Integral Senior Living (ISL) operates 103 senior living communities across 25 states, and is the 9th largest provider of senior living services in the U.S. The company was founded in 2002 and has been in business for 22. With over 28 years in the senior living sector, ISL is headed by CEO Collette Gray.

ISL offers signature programming to help residents stay active, engaged, and connected to their peers, family, and friends. Since 2017, Integral has provided service based on their seven components of a Vibrant Life®, encouraging residents to be inspired, well, challenged, adventurous, family, social, and connected. In addition to their overall programming, Integral partners with Patriot Angels, a service which helps simplify the process of applying for Veterans Aid and Attendance benefits. Integral helps senior residents live their best lives, with programs like their Path to Wellness, and Livin' the Dream, which helps them achieve both lifelong dreams or recent goals. This is Your Life helps residents reminisce and document their lives and accomplishments. Their unique "Culture Keepers," or promises, help staff to keep their mission in mind: "to create value for our residents through meaningful care and excellent service."
