Headed by co-CEOs Robert Sweet and Tim O'Brien, Meridian Senior Living strives to nurture passionate team members' careers. Investing in caregiver talent is one of the best ways to provide the best care to residents. Staff help nurture residents' social, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, fostering intergenerational relationships and encouraging residents to take the lead.
With the goal of enriching the lives of residents, Meridian Senior Living strives to stay at the forefront of health protocols, including instituting a vaccination mandate for all community staff in August of 2021.
