About me

Since 2008, Cherie Bouker has built a strong foundation in real estate, serving diverse markets in Wisconsin, California, and Texas. She renovated and managed properties to create affordable, attractive rentals that residents were proud to call home.

Her personal caregiving journey opened her eyes to the challenges families face and the need for compassionate, trustworthy guidance. Inspired by this experience, she founded My Way Senior Services, where she helps seniors and their families navigate care decisions whether aging in place or transitioning to a senior community.

In 2025, Cherie partnered with Seniorly as a Senior Premier Advisor. In addition to guiding families through senior care options, she also advises on strategies to pay for care. By helping clients maximize home equity, she educates them on solutions ranging from as-is sales and MLS listings to reverse mortgages, seller financing, and renovation partnerships.

With a degree in Information Technology, Cherie blends data-driven analysis with heartfelt compassion to deliver sustainable solutions that honor both immediate needs and long-term well-being. She is passionate about making a meaningful difference in this pivotal season of life when seniors can no longer live safely on their own.
