The Auberge at Oak Village is a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin that serves the Milwaukee, Grafton, West Allis, Mequon, Sussex, Richfield, Germantown, Brown Deer, and Glendale areas. Residents and visitors have plenty to do in the local area such as visit Rotary or Menomonee Park, Silver Spring Pumpkin Farm, the Harley Davidson Factory Tour or Museum, the Wanaki Golf Course as well as partake in a variety of restaurants, shops and cultural events. Whether your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs) or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a resident moves into our property, we work closely with their loved ones to perform a customized assessment so an individual care plan can be created. We want to get to know each of our residents as the unique individuals that they are. Our care plans are updated every 6 months or as needed. Led by the Medical Director, our community is staff by highly trained RN’s, LPN’s and CNA’s who are hired not only for their professional skills, but also for their compassionate and warm personalities. Built in the 2000’s, and updated over the years, our property features luxury residences with vaulted ceilings and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Some of our living areas also look out onto one of our three beautiful courtyards. We serve breakfast in our sun room, where large windows allow our residents to eat their meals in a peaceful and spirit lifting environment. One of the most popular things about our community is the food. Our highly experienced chef creates diverse menus that are sure to please every palate. True to our Wisconsin roots, traditional Holiday meals and Friday Fish Fry’s are resident favorites. Our dining room is warm, cozy, and inviting for everyone to enjoy.
