The Auberge at The Woodlands is a premier Memory Care community that serves the families of The Woodlands, Houston, Conroe, Spring, and the surrounding area. Before a resident moves into the community, customized assessments are completed for individual care plans. Care plans are updated as often as needed. Our highly trained and compassionate staff of RNs and CNAs provide supportive care for your loved ones. All medications are administered by trained medication technicians and are overseen by nurses. The Auberge at The Woodlands was recently remodeled and features spacious, comfortable, and elegantly appointed living accommodations, including rooms with an open floor plan, walk-in showers, individual bathrooms, and more. Our community also features a beautiful dining room, inviting common areas, a workout room, and a great room for activities and special dining experiences. We also have luxurious covered outdoor seating and gardens where residents can enjoy spending time together in an outdoor gazebo outside, as well as a wooden play set for grandchildren. Mature trees surround our property and provide a sense of both serenity and beauty. Another popular aspect of our community is the food. Our Chef-prepared meals are made from the freshest ingredients and will please every palate. Favorites include fried chicken and spaghetti. Special menu options are always available for residents with specific dietary restrictions. In addition to our daily selections, Holiday meals are not to be missed in our community, and we always welcome family and friends to join us to celebrate.
