About Legacy Senior Living
Legacy Senior Living is the first boutique residential assisted living operated by a licensed Physician Assistant. Our primary aim is to provide holistic care to your loved one with personalized care plans. Our care ratios are less than 1 caregiver to 5 residents and we are the only home in Oklahoma City with a F5 tornado shelter and 24/7 live-managed fall detection. We serve nutritious food and tailor our menu to residents' preferences with the goal of managing their nutrition and hydration as a holistic plan of care.
