Sullivan House

Sullivan House is an attractive and modern retirement community for individuals 62 years or older located in Virginia Beach, VA.

Sullivan House consists of two three story buildings, elevator equipped, with a total of 132 one bedroom units. Our spacious units offer an open floor plan, large windows, a full kitchen, wall to wall carpeting and lots of closet space.

Sullivan House offers two community rooms with kitchens that are available for group events or private functions. Other amenities include a library, computer lab, game room, private meeting room, exercise room, beauty parlor/barber shop, patios and solariums on each floor.

Sullivan House is conveniently located within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, drug store, several banks and a movie theater. Weekly transportation for shopping and entertainment opportunities is available on the Sullivan House van.

Persons wishing to reside at Sullivan House must have income that does not exceed federally established income limits for the Virginia Beach area. The amount paid for rent will not exceed 30% of the eligible resident's adjusted income.
