The new administrator is making huge strides in updating and improving the facility not just in looks, but in personnel. He's hiring the right people, getting them the training they need, and ensuring that the WHOLE person, not just the physical body, is being treated. The staff takes the time to sit with you, listening to your concerns and answering your questions. Response times are good. The food has improved drastically over the last 2 months. There is plenty of activities to participate in. A security officer on the property. Overall, a very good decision putting my mother in this facility.
