About Care Partners Neenah

Care Partners Assisted Living in Fox Crossing - Neenah (1750 Irish Road) is a 56 bed assisted living facility with 20 beds focused on alzheimers & dementia specific care and 36 beds for assisted living. The facility offers a secure and home-like environment for our residents. It is located near medical facilities, as well as numerous shopping, dining and recreational facilities. The facility provides our residents with a warm, dignified and caring atmosphere by recognizing the special needs of each and every resident. We have experienced staff to provide security and supervision at all times with our main goal being to assure each resident of living life to the fullest of their capabilities.



Our Neenah facility strives to provide care and services in a manner that the resident is encouraged to move toward functional independence in daily living or to continue functioning as independently as possible. We offer numerous recreational activities (both at home and in the community) and here are some examples:

    We moved our mother with Dementia to Care Partners about a month ago! My sister and I went for a visit unannounced! We were greeted with a warm welcome and very impressed with this facility! Debra met with us right away and took time to show us around and answered all our questions! Staff were all around the facility and we observed their friendly and caring personalities! My third sister visited a different day and felt the same way as the other 2 of us did! I live out of state so my other sisters have given me updates on her care! My 3 sisters are very happy about the move and love the staff declaring how much they like my mom! ( She can be difficult) We have received a lot of positive comments from the staff members and concerns they have in regards to taking care of my mom! The staff members communicate with our family very well! I look forward to my visit there next weekend! Thank you to all of you at Care Partners!

    My mother is currently residing here. She is told by staff if she is not good then she will not be able to talk to her daughter. She is not getting any therapy to help work the brain that is not affected by her memory loss. They are listening to the power of attorney and not following the laws as far as how much he is overstepping what a power of attorney can and cannot do. Most of the staff are rude and not very respectful. I have told them in October my mother needs to see an eye doctor, dentist and have her hearing aids checked. Nothing has been done yet. I would not recommend this place at all!!!
