My Dad lived in this facility from 10/1/21 to 9/5/22 before passing away. Based on our experience, I would NOT recommend you consider your loved one living here UNLESS they are fully capable of caring for themselves. This is a not where you want them to live if they need help with hygene, or can not clearly communicate their needs to the staff as bathing, laundry and cleaning of the rooms /bathrooms are not done on a weekly or even regular basis. Most importantly, if your loved one is near the end of life, then it's imperative you seek a more appropriate nursing facility as the RN's at this facility would not work easily with or respect the desires of Hospice nor my family when it came to comfort meds. It was a challenge to work with the RN's, who were disrespectful and unsympathetic to my father's declining state. Cypress has a lot of potential to be great, but needs a complete haul over in regards to staffing and resident care.
