Poor staff training, constant staff turnover, some staff are not fluent in English. Orchestrated covering up of poor transfers, falls and wounds. Lip service to family concerns but no change in methods to address problems. Systemic failures from top Executive Director, to nursing to caregivers. Not a good place for your Elder family member to go despite competitive pricing.

Others with negative reviews, you have summed up the entire True Behind The Scenes Story of Hunters Woods, sadly it was a far worse experience for us. This entire Team starting with the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and ASSISTANT should be handed Pink Slips, they all work together to cover up SERIOUS ISSUES AT THIS COMMUNITY! Disgusting.

My mother moved into the Memory care unit about 4 months ago and it's wonderful seeing her happy, healthy and making progress after her fall she had early last summer. The entire staff works hard to maintain a safe environment for her and others, the kitchen staff deliver wonderful meals for residents as well. My husband and I have little to no worries. The memory care director updates us whenever we enter the building and we're always greeted with kindness.
