Splendor Residence is a care home in a house in Crowley, Texas, south of Fort Worth. A husband and wife own it. The wife runs the home each day.
One caregiver is there during the day and another at night. The caregivers also cook meals. They give insulin, help with two-person transfers, and arrange rides to dialysis and doctor visits.
The home has private and shared rooms. It cannot take residents with dementia who wander or try to leave. For other residents with Alzheimer's or dementia, it depends on the stage.
