Worst rashes and bed sores due to negligent staff. Many staff have extremely long fingernails and scratch their heads while supposed to be performing services. Staff often removes call pendants from residents and place them out of reach. Often, a wheelchair person will be left stranded in the middle of their room out of reach if water etc for duration until the next shift. High frequency if theft of resident belongings. Doors are shut down that State Inspectors can't talk to residents.
