The memory care unit is large.and looks nice from the outside. Many times when I would visit, the workers would be on their phones in groups instead of looking out for the residents. One time, I was there and found dried feces on many chairs in the sun room. I guess no one wanted to clean them, so the chairs were set aside or pushed into the table so another worker could clean them but didn’t. For the price of memory care, I would expect a clean and diligent staff to look out for my beloved family member. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this memory care unit at all.
