Within our Reflections Neighborhood, we have 29 secure suites devoted to the individualized care of residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. When the phone was answered it seemed that I had reached the maintenance staff. The female who answered acted as though she was there but knew nothing of the operations other than to call her supervisor when there were any questions. Upon waiting on the phone a more mature female came to the phone; I only wanted to know what I needed to do to see my grandpa. She couldn't even tell me his room number! What kind of price gouging place are they running there?? They appear to be unprepared, unprofessional almost rude. I am concerned about the safety of my loved one and I will advise the family to followup.
