Costs start at $5,500 per month but vary based on room size and required level of care. The facility is recently remodeled, so residents at the Paradise Valley assisted living community enjoy modern and elegant dcor along with plenty of airy, open living spaces. Included in the costs is a one-bedroom apartment with personal bathroom, 24/7 awake staff care, a licensed RN on-site at all times, assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs),, three meals plus several snacks a day, health care coordination, medication management and administration, housekeeping, linens, and laundry. Paradise Living Centers is built to resemble a large home and provide a luxury community experience. The community only accommodates 10 residents, allowing for a high caregiver-to-resident ratio at all times. Living spaces are spacious, so residents have plenty of freedom on days when they want to be alone. Shared spaces also abound, making it easy to form bonds and socialize. You will commonly see residents out on a group walk venturing a few blocks down to the shopping and dining plaza, gardening in the courtyard, enjoying a game of bingo, or simply chatting in the dining or entertainment rooms. While the luxury assisted living community does not focus on memory care, this type of care is offered to residents who will later need memory support. Every week, memory care experts visit the care homes to lead one-on-one sessions with residents who need individual support. Additionally, each resident meets with a care coordinator to update their individualized plan and assess their current health care needs.
