Linda was wonderful. I did not where to begin when looking for a place with my dad. She jumped right in and helped me navigate through the process. I am so grateful!

At first, I was skeptical becasue other groups had contacted me to assist me, but did not bring anything to the table I could not do for myself. When I spoke to Linda, she quickly, without a bunch of small talk, let me know what she could do for me to make my job easier. I think my time is valuable, and I do not want a lot of unnessisary conversation. I was tired of looking at places. She quickly told me she could do the search for me and get a list of memory care facilities that met my criteria, like budget, location, amenities, etc. She even said she would negotiate a better price if it could be negotiated. She did just those things. We settled on one and she negotiated no entrance fee ($3000) and a one bedroom for a semi-private price. We would not have picked this great place if she had not helped. The circumstances were in our favor for the negotiation. She was there from the beginning and expedited the process with us. Note: Do not contact a place without her if you want her to help you because she has to go first becauae the facility pays her, not you, the client. She was a big help!
