With more than 20 years of experience guiding older adults and their families, Rebecca Van Wieren brings a rare combination of professional expertise and personal compassion to North County Coastal Senior Living. She specializes in helping families navigate downsizing, aging-in-place planning, senior living, in-home care referrals, and lifestyle concierge services to seniors across San Diego.
Rebecca began her career in senior living in 2015, helping to launch a senior housing brokerage and national placement franchise in San Diego. Since then, she has toured and evaluated hundreds of senior living communities across the country, gaining deep insight into care quality, community operations, and the unique challenges aging families face.
At North County Coastal Senior Living, Rebecca and her team provide personalized placement services, CAPS-certified aging-in-place consulting, real estate and concierge lifestyle support for families throughout San Diego’s North County Coastal communities. Known for her compassionate, person-centered approach, she partners closely with trusted providers to ensure every solution is tailored to her clients’ long-term goals, safety, and comfort.
