Donlyn Young

Donlyn Young first started to work with seniors when she was in high school and also did a variety of volunteer programs throughout her educational experience and has always had a heart for the senior population since navigating her own grandparents' aging experiences. She is going into her 16th year of helping families find the best care/placement options they can for their loved ones. It's often a difficult and challenging time, but she is here to hold their hand throughout the entire process, including visiting after placement to see how they are doing. Donlyn has her Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, which has been quite helpful in navigating family dynamics and going over clinical intakes of comorbid diagnoses. She takes a whole person-centered approach when considering options and also has her Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator Certification (Certificate #6034279740 through the CA Department of Social Services).
