Lori is an RN by trait, which is rare to find in a senior living advisor. She is very involved within her client's search and is knowledgeable in knowing a variety of communities based on one's needs.

About Lori

Lori Sears is the Owner/CEO of Assisted Living Locators, West Valley. Lori is a Registered Nurse and was born in Northwest Missouri. She has been in the health and wellness industry for more than 20 years, with most of that time spent working in the skilled nursing business as a clinical liaison, working for a nationally known acute rehab hospital, and was instrumental in the opening of two new skilled nursing facilities in the Phoenix metro area prior to beginning her current business. She is happily married to Steve who is a State Farm insurance agent in Tempe, AZ. Lori and Steve have five children and a 3-year-old granddaughter. Lori is passionate about her work and the families she represents. She loves lending her personal touch to help her clients find the best fit in Independent and memory care settings and Assisted Living homes and communities.
