Ryan was the answer to our prayers throughout a very difficult journey due to health conditions of my mom and dementia my dad has. He is compassionate, assertive, responsive, and was not afraid to question things we were told by others. I respect his candid and personal opinions because those are based on many years of experience working with patients and their families along with professional clinicians. He listened to our concerns, our wishes, and met our parents. He made suggestions on the type of facility that would fit our needs. He scheduled visit times for us to tour the facilities and walked through them with us, pointing out small things we wouldn't have thought about. And when we made our decision, he followed through all the way through admission - checking in, asking if we had questions and how our parents were doing. He always asked if he could help with anything. And he was available any time I needed to reach him...especially in the evenings. I can't thank him enough!
