we took my friends grandmother on a tour to see the facilities and the staff was wonderful. the rooms were clean. my friend overall experience was great! The grandmother is not there any more . the family was pleased with the services at this facilities.

My wife needed rehab after extensive leg surgery. I visited the facility, they had a good gym & promised 3 hours of PT & OT a day. She may have gotten 2 hours one day. The Ugly started after we arrived at night. One night they made her and her roommate go out in the hall because they were spraying rooms. They did not spray her room. This is indicative of other bad experiences that I do not have space to write about. There are some good people working there. But communication between levels of people is horrible. One person says one thing and someone later says that is not correct. Food was so-so. They are understaffed for aides. After 1.5 hrs in a wet bed my wife called saying "Get me out of here." For her mental health, I did. Better management , better intercommunication & more staff are all badly needed.
