If I could give 0 Stars I would. The nursing staff is terrible. The Charge nurse was dismissive, unwelcoming, refused to make eye contact with me and just brushed me off. The rooms were hot, 77 degrees, my 10 month old grand baby picked up a pill that was on the floor by the bed, the sheets had not been changed in 4 days, my poor dad looked dirty, he was in nothing but a diaper when I arrived from out of town at 12:30 in the afternoon, there were no wash clothes or anything to wash his face. One nurse couldn’t hide the way she felt about my dad, which wasn’t good, by her face speaking so loudly. She was kind as could be to my grand baby. She’s there to be kind and gentle and treat patients with dignity on top of her more professional duties. I was sickened by the lack of care given. A week ago my dad was taken to the ER from this facility because my dad was left unattended for hours while propped in a wheelchair and he fell asleep and fell out of the chair face first.

I've been made to feel like less than human by the staff at Belmont. I was told I'm going to "wait for your wife to suffer a fall so Medicare will pay for continued care" by PT staff because I said I couldn't afford private care. She was making with progress at another facility after her knee surgery before being transferred to Belmont. Please, if you have any other options - DON'T allow your family to go here.

Please do not put loved ones here. Under staffed ,under trained, they do as little as possible and could care less.this place is a joke. I visited my dad every day For 10 days and he was declining instead of recovering . I am 59 years old and have seen plenty of nursing homes from before when my grandfather and grandmother were in them. This place looks good when you walk in but don’t be fooled . I have videos and photos.

Please BEWARE!! My mother is/was in The Belmont of Twin Creek for a not even a week and I am transferring her ASAP. Staff allowed my mother to fall after extensive back surgery, clean linen/towels unavailable, nursing staff is/was not providing the standard of care according to Board of Nursing (BON, 2021) There are bugs crawling on the walls (Room 610), carpet is not clean, smells of urine and feces, meals are distasteful, Director of nursing is not a patient advocate, and ancillary staff do not keep the patients clean or answer call lights. Meals trays were being handed out by the receptionist. When trying to reach anyone in the facility before or after hours, the phone rings, rings, rings or you are placed on hold for an extensive period of time. Promises are made to resolve patient concerns/issues but are not resolved by the Director of Nursing or the staff underneath her (supervision). As a frontline worker, this is heartbreaking because my mother and other elderly in this facility who rely or depend on health professionals to provide safe, efficient care is a disgrace to those like me who genuinely care about the sick.
