White Oak At North Grove

My Mother in law was in short term rehab. It was such a wonderful experience. The nursing staff was amazing. The food was great. The rehab team went above and beyond for every need. The team and the leader were both so amazing. We couldn’t ask for any better.

My husband had been here for short term therapy about 6 months ago and it was wonderful! The staff was great and the treatment he got during therapy was wonderful! He built so much strength and now is able to do what he once was able to do. However, I had to be in this facility about a month ago and it was horrible. The nurses were great but therapy is a joke now. All new therapists and I never knew who I was going to see. Nothing was consistent and the therapy supervisor has no knowledge of how to run that department.Since the switch in therapy supervisors the care has went down hill. I wouldn’t recommend this place for therapy ever again unless things went back to the way they were 6 months ago.
