Regency Care Of Copley

My son has been a patient of Regency for almost 2 years. He is 49 and is a big man. He had medical conditions and is treated with the upmost respect and care. The rooms and hallways are clean and bright. The staff go out of their way to help him and other patients. He considers most of them friends and almost family. There is physical therapy and the therapists really care. The nursing staff is great. The activities are there if you wish to participate and they have programs to encourage clients to participate. Meds are given on time and regular visits with Dr. My experiences with other care facilities and nursing homes, if they smell like urine, don't go there. This is not the case of Regency. Their housekeepers do a great job as do the staff to maintain a safe, clean and decent place for your loved ones care, if you can't do it yourself. I feel my son is doing well, seems content and his needs are addressed properly and with care. The food is fair. I am so grateful to them and feel comforted to know my son is in good hands.
