Universal Health Care Lillington

1 star is too much. Skilled care residents do not have access to a phone. Living out of state our family member spent the last week of their life without speaking to family members. When questioned we were told a family member is to take a phone to them when visiting. Difficult to do with a 500 mile distance. Communication with staff is horrendous. Language barriers or no return calls were the name of the game. The lack of return calls applies to administration as well. This facility is shameful. I wish this would make a difference to avoid heartache for others. But I have serious doubts.
