Crown Park Rehabilitation And Nursing Center

I recently had the opportunity to visit Crown Park Nursing Home and I was very impressed with the level of care and attention that the staff provided to their residents. From the moment that I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for residents to move around and engage in activities. The staff at Crown Park Nursing Home were exceptional. They were friendly, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that their residents were happy and comfortable. They took the time to get to know each resident and their individual needs, and provided personalized care to meet those needs.

Pleased with staffs attention to residents. The facility was clean and staff was very friendly.

If I could give another star I would. The staff and management genuinely care about their people. My uncle was very nervous about being away from his home and routine but Hailey Murray on the admin team always took his calls and would keep him company. The whole staff does so much to make it a comfortable place to stay either for the short term or long term. They have therapy animals and put on tons of community events. When things get tough in life it’s nice to know that there are people out there willing to help out like the folks at crown park.

Rehab staff are good as are many of the lower level staffers, but call button time can be long. Upper management awful, hard to reach, arrogant, and if you are a paying or insurance patient they may make it difficult to leave. When the time came to get my wife out, they claimed a relapse in her rehab that did not occur and then refused to send data or required forms to another facility she transferred to. Few if any private rooms. Contract overreaching and top staff arrogant and hard to reach. Go somewhere else.
