Mcknight Place Extended Care

My mom has no assistance here no one cleans changes her sheets her clothes are spoiled Men come in their doors without locks w woman screaming. They don’t answer nurse phones. Don’t answer bells ringing. My mom is scared and lonely. Until we had cameras we had no clue they weren’t doing anything after 12k a month. Won’t give my mom a shower because they don’t have the time well guess what? Old people don’t like showers and neither does my dog but they have to have it and it you can’t get things done then you shouldn’t run a business. Only one manager seems to work here and that’s Liz but she’s off on the weekends. Now the phone lines are dead as usual. I worry about my mom until she can get out of this cage it’s worse than locking up a kennel. I wouldn’t put my dog here. Get a camera if you live here. Then You will see I promise!!!! I hope you get your room freee the food is good and that’s it!!!!!
