The management will lie to you. Management mis-represents you and tells you they are there for you, but ignore aiding you through any process. The kitchen is terrible, and serve you only what they want to provide you. You fill out a menu choice, but the kitchen sends you what they want to. The nursing staff is a mixture of good and terrible aides. They either are helpful or outright rude. They are not dependable if needed. The ones that are, are overworked and unhappy at their positions. I would not recommend this facility to anyone with a clear conscious!
