One star is one too many!!! Based on my experience at this facility, I wish I could give it a BIG FAT 0.If you really care for your loved ones DO NOT send them here or any other PRUITT owed place. My mother spent some time at the Pruitt in south Augusta after covid...horrible! And I wish I had seen the review from Crystal C. because I never would have sent her to Augusta Hills for therapy. On February 10th my mom fell and fractured her hip. The doctor thought with therapy and time it would heal. After a week of being at the facility I noticed that the injured leg was turning out and no longer straight. Her doctor wanted to see her again and after taking an x-ray it was discovered no longer fractured,but broken! He seemed to think this could only happen if she was mishandled. I was there at times when she was being changed and she would cry out in pain saying... my hip my hip please be careful! But I assumed they knew what they were doing,but in retrospect I don't believe most of these
