I would rate in the negatives if possible. My dad was there a week and the only "therapy" he was offered was to he walked to the bathroom twice daily. He was not given a bath the whole time he was there. The photos of the room are deceiving also....no decoration at all...no curtains, no pictures and one broken chair. Floors are so nasty your shoes pop from sticking when you walk across them. His sheets were stained with urine and were not changed the entire week. When we went to pick him up the male nurse did not want to give me a list of his medications so we would know what to administer and how to give his meds at home. We called and ask that his things be gathered and all of his clothes were left in a drawer. Yes, we left against medical advice...but had we not, I 100% believe we would have left in a body bag. This place needs to be closed for good
