Trilogy Senior Living

Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Louisville, KY, Trilogy Health Services has operates 127 senior living communities in the Midwest. Led by President and CEO Leigh Ann Barney who has been at the company for over 22 years, Trilogy has roughly 10,000 employees helping to enrich senior residents' lives. Trilogy also partners with Syncrony Health Services to deliver post-acute residents rehabilitative care.

Trilogy offers special programming such as their Vitality fitness program and Artisan arts program, and even helps seniors live out long-held dreams with their Live a Dream program. Designed to help seniors zip line, pilot planes, or take once-in-a-lifetime trips, the Live a Dream program is facilitated by the Trilogy Foundation. I cannot begin to think of a better place for a loved one to live when living at home is no longer an option. I visit frequently so I have the opportunity to see much of day to day operations. I can say without hesitation that Walker's Trail is the loveliest of senior living facilities. The facility itself is beautifully decorated and always clean as a pin, the food is excellent and the living quarters are so home-like and comfortable. But that's just half of the story. From the administration, to clerical, activities personnel, dietary, nursing, housekeeping and maintenance (hope I didn't leave anybody out), I have only compliments for the caring, thoughtful way the entire staff interacts with the residents. I'm thankful I found such a place for my loved one.
