Whenever we have had a concern they have addressed it right away, showing a high level of integrity which gives me peace of mind. My parent is able to be as active or relaxed as they want. It is a beautiful community, but even more important is the quality of care she seems to be getting. We are so thankful we found Parmer Woods as a home for my parents. We moved them into Memory Care in February 2022 and the staff was amazing at helping us getting everything in place. While there were changes in management going on, the staff went above and beyond in answering questions and providing support for not only my parents but also our family. Staff at all levels is in place now, the community is clean and well cared for, and my parents continue to receive excellent care. We would highly recommend!
