Pegasus Senior Living

Pegasus Senior Living manages 55 communities across the United States. Led by Co-Founder and CEO Chris Hollister, the company was founded in 2018 and has been in business for 8 years. Mr Hollister boasts over 30 years of experience in senior living across several organizations, and outlines a unique mission for the organization, saying "it is the most important work we will ever do on this earth." 

Pegasus’ signature program “Connections” incorporates emotional, physical, and cerebral challenges to engage those with dementia. Residents work in a calming environment on specially designed programs such as a virtual bike ride via SMARTboard technology or using songs to spark communication. These programs are used to stimulate and engage the mind, body, and senses. Pegasus provides residents a nurturing environment filled with loving staff, and staff members are fueled by a passion to create memorable experiences and the accountability to deliver on all of their promises. In fact, the organization was awarded a Great Place to Work award in 2023-2024. They believe in promoting active lifestyles, nurturing care, and a place to call home. We are so thankful we found Parmer Woods as a home for my parents. We moved them into Memory Care in February 2022 and the staff was amazing at helping us getting everything in place. While there were changes in management going on, the staff went above and beyond in answering questions and providing support for not only my parents but also our family.
