Founded in 1984, the company boasts 42 years of experience and oversees 53 communities, and is committed to the long-term satisfaction and resident's quality of life. 

Led by Chairman and CEO John P. Rijos, who has a distinguished career in senior living and hospitality, the company is a subsidiary of Chicago Pacific Founders, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare investments. Rijos brings extensive experience from his time as Co-President and COO of Brookdale Senior Living, the largest senior living company in the United States. He also serves as Chairman Emeritus of the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA) and is a founding board member of the Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures.
