I recently visited Lacey Creek to help a family member. It is a beautiful facility! All of the Employees and caretakers are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well laid out with an abundance of natural light. There are multiple activities available in which the residents may participate. The residents themselves are friendly and demonstrated caring and friendship for one another. It is a facility in which I would gladly reside!

This review is a couple years coming. During the pandemic the staff at Heritage woods did such an amazing job of keeping the family informed throughout the difficult days. As a family member, the communication was top notch, the environment was clean and homey, and we never had to worry about our mom being taken care of. They always put their residents first which is how it should be. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a facility that has a home like atmosphere.

I am really thankful to White Oaks Memory Care for taking care of my mother during her golden years. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and their atmosphere was very calming. The residents were happy and engaged in activities, which made me feel relieved that my mom was in a safe and comfortable environment. While my mom has sadly passed, this place had an intimate feel to it that allowed my mother (and the rest of us) a peaceful place for her final years. A special thank you to the caregivers as you will never know how much you did for our family.
