Arrow Senior Living manages 29 properties in several states and is led by CEO and Founder Stephanie Harris. With over 35 years of experience in the senior living industry, Ms. Harris specializes in turnaround solutions for senior living, and has pioneered the use of several advanced technologies in the senior living sector, such as fall prevention technologies, predictive health monitoring, and an application of technology to dining that helps resident adhere to dietary restrictions. While the company's focus is on creating warm and welcoming environments, they've done so by developing a strong sense of "counter culture" that strives to make senior living "cool".
