Legacy Pines Assisted Living & Memory Care is a small, licensed assisted living and memory care home in New Richmond, Wisconsin, with just eight residents. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a CBRF and operating for more than five years, we offer families in St. Croix County and the St. Croix Valley a true home setting for a parent who can no longer live safely on their own.
Our owner, Angela, is an occupational therapist (OTR/L), a Certified Memory and Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP), and a Certified Trainer/Coach in Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care (PAC). Our whole team is trained in PAC, a respected approach to supporting people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. With eight residents, our caregivers know each person's routines, preferences, and life story.
All-inclusive pricing. Our monthly rate includes care, so your bill isn't built on add-on charges that grow as needs change. You'll know what to expect from the start.
Families stay connected. You're welcome to visit from the first day. We keep families updated on their loved one's care and answer questions promptly.
We often help families after a hospital or rehab stay, and families who have been caregiving at home and need more support. We serve New Richmond, Hudson, Somerset, Star Prairie, Baldwin, River Falls, and nearby communities.
