We ensure our residents feel loved and cared for and have everything to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. From the comfortable amenities to the exciting social programs, medical support, and more, High Plains is committed to excellence. The High Plains property features two sitting rooms, two dining rooms, and a dedicated activities room. We take great pride in the reputation that our team has earned for delivering highly personalized, compassionate Memory Care services. We offer enriching activities, exciting social programs, wellness classes, restaurant-quality meals, and more. Our goal is to create a safe, engaging, and comfortable place for all of our residents. The staff at High Plains includes an experienced Medical Director, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Medication Techs, and food handlers. Care plans are developed as a collaboration of nursing, physicians, and families. Care plans are a continuous work in progress that changes as the residents need changes. All staff communicate and work together to assess all resident needs and monitor interventions while adjusting when needed. Our medication management program is one that closely monitors new medications for effectiveness and side effects. We are committed to providing the highest level of care and go above and beyond to meet our residents’ needs. High Plains is a stand-alone memory care community with comfortable amenities, experienced staff, and a welcoming environment. One of the highlights of our community is our restaurant-quality meals. Our On-Site Executive Chef prepares a wide variety of meals. We offer three meals a day and an afternoon snack. Our kitchen makes all of their food from scratch, including lunch and supper. On Fridays, we have waffles for breakfast and fish for dinner.
