"People have been very nice. I feel they are short staffed. I was sorry to see [Staff Member] go. My mom is in memory care. I’m not sure if they’re following the rules for showering or not. I have showered her three times since she’s been there because she tells me nobody gives her a shower. It’s actually too soon to tell if this will work out for my mom or not. But I really want it to.
